The German Health Store makes use of PayFast to process all online payments. It’s a safe and secure shopping solution used by most online retailers you’re probably already familiar with.

All our products are imported directly from Germany, so we’re saving costs by cutting out the middleman. As a result, we’re able to offer the lowest prices possible.

Our products are great quality! Our brands are all well-known and respected brands in Germany. Once you’ve tried them, we’re sure they will become your favourite too!

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number for the courier service. This tracking number can then be used on the courier’s website to track the progress of your delivery.

We take extra special care to ensure that each order is carefully packed so that it gets to you in perfect condition.

However, if you receive products that are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly replace them for you!

Yes, goods may be returned within 7 days after delivery. The products must be in their original packaging, sealed and unused.

Yes! We’re using an approved courier to deliver your order as fast as possible.
